I have been using UBL batteries for the last 5 years and they have been working well and good customer care. Thank you Uganda batteries.
They are all hospitate, Even when they are busy, they show u procedures of following the cue I really love their work!

Try not to expect to get anything from the warranty they give you when you buy a UBL battery! Really hard a terrible experience with there stuff at the after sales desk in their Bugolobi location when was trying to get warranty. Bought a battery in August 2021 and its not even end of September 2021 and already requires a jump start almost everyday. I went to total where i bought the battery in Kampala and they sent me to the UBL office with a contact. On arrival i didn't meet the contact but she gave me a number to reach their service technician who was absolutely rude and even before he checked the car he told me the only way the battery would get spoilt is if my car was faulty not knowing i had got it checked before driving there by one of their distributors at Total. Anyways he did the first check of my car and he told me the reading he got i would have to have been driving for at least 3km and i was coming from another city so definitely had driven longer - over 30km. So i told the technician why don't they also check their battery because when i bought it the checked my car before installing it! He was reluctant with a rude sigh - sent me to after sales department! On getting their the lady didn't look like she even wanted to talk to me. So i asked her when they can check their battery - she responded in a rude torn and told me it wouldn’t be done and could even take more than 48hrs. Now the joke was when she told me i have to go remove the battery myself from the car and bring it to her desk! I told her is that what they expect their clients to do and she laughed but tried keep my calm! Then i asked her how i would be able to drive home after i remove the car battery! She said that is up to me. I have to really reveal the ladies name if she indeed gave me the right names because i told her i would like to follow up on this. She said her name was Shahira Nagama (lady at after sales desk at UBL office) and the rude technician is called Serwada Dawson. I hope this protects another customer from going through what i went through. It is about time we start asking some of these companies to be more humane when supporting their clients. I had heard from many people that UBL could never honour their warranty but I still hoped they were wrong!
